every now and then I
can't breathe
just
thinking your name
unravels my whole world.
A life lost -
taken, really -
by those pesky
I.E.D.s
and everyone has
an opinion
about the occupation,
the renovation
of Iraq and
Afghanistan.
Personally
I'd like to hit the next
person who articulates
their views on war
and peace,
on bombs and purpose -
